IDEAS, CONNECTIONS, AND GROWTH

GTA Rewards Association

At the GTA Rewards Association there are two distinct successes that I am most proud of. First is our ongoing commitment to ensure that all of our valued members are informed, connected, and fully engaged. Second, the meaningful presence we have established in the community in which we all work and live.

Going forward we will continue to seek out opportunities to realize our theme of Ideas, Connections, and Growth. We have taken steps to connect with members through our enhanced social media presence, to share job opportunities via emailed ‘Job Alerts’, and offer an assortment of informative and engaging events. To further cultivate an enriching connection with our community, the Association has formed an ongoing commitment to our Student Outreach program with key universities and colleges. Our shared goal is to increase the visibility of the Total Rewards profession to HR Management students — our next generation of talent.

This year, I am excited to continue on our strategic path of delivering high value thought-leadership seminars and education, and even more exciting career growth opportunities. We will build on our growing momentum by providing members with easy access to top-notch networking and learning events, and by advancing the professional practice of Total Rewards through the delivery of focused courses.
